There may be an extra handling charge for this service depending on the complexity.

Obviously at times logos and artwork can be low quality, and sometimes we may need to re-make your artwork in order to print it.

This will be discussed with you pre-production and could incur costs.

Please try and make sure your artwork fits the following criteria.

Please send hi-res images, not ones that are found on the internet.

We only accept high resolution artwork of 300dpi and above.

Be specific with your orientation of artwork.

We cannot guarantee perfect colour matches due to screen calibrations.

If for some reason you need to amend, add an item to or cancel your order.

Maybe a spelling mistake or you have missed something off your list, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We try to offer competitive postage and packing; however, our standard postage and packing terms and conditions are as follows:

Free if spend over is £50 or more.

UK and NI – £4.50 as standard.

We recommend that you turn your garments inside out before washing.

Do not wash in a hot wash (Over 40 degrees) and do not tumble dry your items and if you have ordered printed garments, do not iron near the print.

All of which will give your garment(s) the longest possible life.
